Space Crafted Materials

Our Proprietary construction process utilizes Aerospace and Deep Sea Grade Composite materials custom tailored for the optimum combination of Strength, Positive buoyancy, Flexibility and Durability. The result is a armor like material several times stronger than Steel that can withstand serious impact and easily exceeds every Marine Safety Standard in the world.

We combine Inner Space and Outer Space technologies in a unique “sandwich” construction process that provides uncompromised strength, safety and comfort in the most extreme marine environments.

imageThe exoskeleton of the Bionic Dolphin™ is comprised of S-glass, Carbon fiber and Kevlar™, the inner core flotation layer is a new proprietary syntactic foam and the inner shell is a final layer of Kevlar™ and fiberglass molded in a resilient vinyl ester matrix.

This process also provides outstanding thermal insulation to protect its occupants from weather extremes. During winter testing, air temperatures dropped to a chilly
-10 degrees F. with 40 mph wind gusts, yet inside, the Bionic Dolphin remained a cozy
dry 72 degrees!
